The assessment of need has helped establish the following overall aim for the project. “To complete the Regional Stadium Programme for the Northern Ireland Executive and deliver a state of the art, safe, regional stadium for UCGAA that will encourage greater participation in the GAA, increase awareness of the culture and heritage of the GAA, enhance community service provision in the local area and deliver positive economic and social benefits for the Northern Ireland economy.”
