The Department recently held a public consultation exercise on a proposal to introduce a cross departmental 10 year strategy for culture and arts. The consultation exercise took place over a 12 week period from 23 November 2015 to 12 February 2016. Responses to the consultation were collected online by means of Survey Monkey. A large proportion of narrative responses were made directly to the Department to the Consultation Mailbox. This publication provides a brief resumé of the consultation responses received directly through the Consultation mailbox. A separate publication on the website details responses received through the online survey.
