DfC Disposal of Records Schedule

This document, implemented on 6 May 2026, identifies the disposal arrangements for all records created and maintained by the Department for Communities (DfC). This takes into consideration records held on paper, electronically, microfilm or tape. The current schedule complies with the requirements set out in the Public Records Act (NI) 1923 and the Disposal of Documents Order (SR & O 1925 No 167). This schedule is currently under review
