    Organisations and support services attending include:

    • Condition Management Programme - can help you if you have a health condition which affects your ability to work, return to work or to stay in work, offering help with dealing with stress, anxiety, managing low mood and depression, coping with pain and fatigue, developing a healthier lifestyle, and exploring potential work options.
    • Cedar Foundation - Right Support, Right Time Programme offering personalised support to people with a disability and their families to help manage the challenges of daily life.
    • Inspire - Peace of Mind Programme focusing on young people’s wellbeing and personal development while providing practical tools for enhancing emotional resilience.
    • Youthscape+  -a Programme for the under 24’s concentrating on obtaining Essential Skills qualifications and a Level 1 OCN qualification in Vocational skills meanwhile developing confidence and personal skills.
