This draft Business Plan has been prepared for consideration and
approval by an incoming Minister. Pending the appointment of a Minister,
the Department is working towards delivery of the programmes, objectives
and targets specified in this Plan and within the limits of the financial and
other resources allocated to the Department for the current financial year.
