The overall objective of the competition is to promote sustainable urban regeneration by selecting a high quality development proposal that also meets the Department’s regeneration objectives for the local area. In seeking to work in partnership with the private sector, the Department recognises the contribution that this sector can make to urban regeneration in terms of innovative, high quality design, professional expertise and financing.
The Department invites proposals for the redevelopment of a site at 28 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast.
