A man was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court today for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
Malcolm Branley (47) of Hillview Park, Enniskillen, claimed Income Support and Carer’s Allowance totalling £2,635 while failing to declare employment. He was given 120 hours Community Service.
He is required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
