A woman was convicted at Belfast Magistrates’ Court today for claiming over £3,000 in benefits she was not entitled to.
Hollie Craig (26) of Greenview Court, Ballyclare, claimed Income Support totalling £3,738 while failing to declare employment. She was given a three year conditional discharge. The fraud was uncovered following an investigation by the Department for Communities.
She is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department.
