A woman was convicted at Belfast Crown Court today for claiming benefits she was not entitled to.
Kim Wallace (56) of Woodvale Street, Belfast, claimed Income Support and Housing Benefit totalling £29,500 while failing to declare employment. She was given a six month prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
She is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
