A man was convicted at Belfast Magistrates’ Court today for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
Noel Graydon (65) of Clare Heights, Ballyclare claimed Jobseeker’s Allowance totalling £6,043 while failing to declare a pension. He was given a two year conditional discharge.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
