The COVID-19 Charities Fund closed on 21 August 2020 at 4pm.
Minister Hargey first launched the £15.5m COVID-19 Charities Fund on 15 June 2020 to provide grant awards to meet unavoidable costs for charities which have exhausted all other avenues of support and are facing imminent closure.
The funding programme was administered by The National Lottery Community Fund to provide financial support to charities who:
- Had lost income due to the impact of COVID-19 and
- Were unable to cover unavoidable costs until 30 September 2020.
The Fund is now closed. The National Lottery Community Fund will continue to assess applications which have been made before the Fund closed. Should you have any questions, you can contact us via the enquiry form at the bottom of the page.
