This element of Uniting Communities programme is linked to ensuring long term sustainability.

Working with the National Children’s Bureau (NCB), we have developed an online resource which provides access to a wide range of learning, personal development, volunteering, and employment opportunities.  All participants and organisations involved in the Uniting Communities Programme are given access to a private Facebook group and web content.

Uniting Communities young people can find and view information on a wide range of development opportunities that are taking place in the areas where the Uniting Communities Programmes are currently being delivered. Community organisations can also find information on live funding opportunities and various training opportunities for staff and volunteers. The Finding Pathways resource is updated weekly by NCB, and there are a wide range of organisations that currently feed into this resource.

To receive further information on Finding Pathways, or if you want add new opportunities to the resource, please contact us;
