River notice 26-23

River Lagan high flows Tuesday 31 October, Wednesday 1, Thursday 2 and Friday 3 November 2023

It should be noted that the flows will not be evident until the outgoing tide starts to run, so what appear to be relatively low flows can very quickly become extremely fast and dangerous.

River users are advised not to go on the river until flows dissipate. Further advisory notices will be issued as the situation develops.
