Northern Ireland Housing Statistics report

The Northern Ireland Housing Statistics report is an annual compendium of statistics containing information on a range of areas relating to housing.

The next edition of the Northern Ireland Housing Statistics annual publication is due for release in autumn/winter 2024.

The report is divided into sections covering: supply, energy, social renting demand, private renting demand, owner occupier demand and household characteristics. 

Previous editions of the annual publication dating back to 1999 - 2000 are available and can be requested directly from Professional Services Unit.

Northern Ireland housing bulletins

The Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin is a quarterly bulletin containing information on  Social Housing Development Programme (SHDP) housing starts and completions, social housing demand, homelessness, and new house sales and prices from the National House Building Council (NHBC).

The next edition of the Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin is due for release in May 2024.

Northern Ireland homelessness bulletins

The Northern Ireland Homelessness bulletin is a biannual publication which contains information on a range of areas relating to homelessness. The report is currently divided into three sections which are: Homeless Presenters; Homeless Acceptances; and Temporary Accommodation. Homelessness figures presented in this report can be read in conjunction with those published in the quarterly Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin.

The next edition of the Northern Ireland Homelessness Bulletin is due for release in September 2024.
