The total number of appeals registered during the year to which this report relates was 9197, of which 1021 were monitored.

HED has supported the completion of nine audits of local areas across Northern Ireland – North Belfast, Downpatrick, Armagh, Upper Lough Erne, Strabane, Hillsborough, Carrickfergus, Upper Ards and Bellaghy.

Make the Call Wraparound Service (MtC) reports annually on the financial outcomes as a direct result of people using their service.  However MtC also gives advice on other services and supports even though they are not as easy to quantify.

Due to the nature of the challenges, implementation of many of the recommendations required support and collaboration from a range of partners across a number of sectors.
