Move to UC Discovery (Test & Learn) phase NI - screening

This phase forms part of the wider Department of Work & Pensions Discovery Phase with the primary purpose to test and learn on a small scale to inform the approach of moving a larger volume of claimants on to UC at scale.

The Programme team has engaged with UC Operational colleagues to agree the approach for discovery in NI.  The Discovery phase will involve managed migration notices being issued to around 500 claimants in receipt of Tax Credits only by the end of April 2023.
