Indigenous Language and Culture Capital Programme - screening

Currently no specific capital funding programme to which organisations working in the area of indigenous language and culture promotion might apply has existed within the Department.  The absence of such as programme has historically given rise to difficulties in responding to unsolicited applications which come into the Department. 

In order to regularize the position and establish an open and transparent route to capital funding for these groups the Department will pilot a capital programme during 2021-22.
