The Five Cs Project seeks to provide public realm improvements across five streets within the city centre, namely College Avenue; College Street; College Court, Callender Street and Chichester Street. It is from these five streets that the project takes its name. A number of private investments have taken place or are due to take place within the project area and this collaboration between the Department for Communities and Belfast City Council seeks to raise the quality of the streetscape in line with the new developments. This will be achieved by delivering improvements to include:
- Surfacing
- Lighting
- Landscaping
- Street furniture
